My mum recently spent some time here and the care was excellent, the staff were amazing and she found the food to be of excellent quality. Really appreciate all that the staff did to help her get better and stronger.
My partner and I have been inpatients at Lady Davidson on a number of occasions, and whilst we live on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and there are many closer rehab facilities, we choose Lady Davidson. The nursing care is always first class, the medical care always available and so very thorough, and OT plus physiotherapy a wonderful combination of caring, encouraging and appropriately directive – after all, we’re there to work and improve and sometimes a bit of cajoling is required in the physio room! Recently spent 2 weeks recovering from a broken leg at Lady Davidson. The care was excellent from Reception, Nurses, Physio, OT & Doctors. All of the staff are super friendly and kind. The facilities are modern & clean and the food was great. The twice daily Physio helped me to stay active and keep strong. The onsite cafe has great coffee & food too. Lovely grounds with lots of sunny areas to sit inside and out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
I live interstate and finish work at 4pm. The Lady Davidson reception finishes at 4pm so when I rang to ask after my relative (knowing her ward but not her room phone number) I'm asked by an automated message to put in a number which should direct me to her ward. It didn't...I wasted half an hour listening to advertisements and a voice telling me that they would be with me in a moment. Tried to find a direct number on the website but no search function. Hopefully the care is better their ICT and communication processes!
