I’ve been coming here for the last 19 years and never had a bad experience! She’s very approachable and willing to work with whatever my needs are-never giving wrong advice for unnecessary hair color or highlight just to make a quick dollar-I’ve even had her say don’t do anything give your hair rest-like who says that?? She’s genuinely interested that I stay long term Customer . Place is neat and clean, warm and friendly staff, great services, reasonable price....love it!
I've been seeing Rozi for my eyebrows for at least a year and she's amazing! My skin is really sensitive so I prefer to do mostly waxing and a lot of places I went to would try to convince me to do threading instead or seem annoyed - but Rozi never did that. She knows what I want when I walk in and always does my eyebrows how I like them. I went for a haircut with her today and she did an amazing job with that too! She's always very friendly and patient - highly recommend!
