I have been working with Lady Capricorn for over 1.5 years and I cannot recommend her enough. She is attuned to meet your body with care and incorporates her wisdom and knowledge into each session. As a licensed massage therapist, I am particular about the bodywork I receive. Lady Capricorn's session are intentional and her skillset is top notch. As a retired massage therapist I was frustrated that I hadn’t found a therapist who really did deep tissue work. I was needing it and what some were calling deep tissue just wasn’t. Then, thanks to a friend, I found Sara. If you are having trouble spots that just don’t seem to be getting addressed, she’s your gal. She listens and finds the right way to neutralize it. She’s definitely a massage therapist’s massage therapist. Highly recommend!
I've been going to Sara for a few years now and she is amazing. Her space is peaceful and chill, and always smells really nice. After monthly visits for a year or so, she's adept at knowing exactly what I need whether that's hot stones or targeted cupping. And even when she's doing deep tissue, I still find myself really relaxed by the end.
