I completely agree with the recent negative reviews, they are 100% accurate and reflect my own experience with this company. I completely agree with the anonymous brand owner below.. the service has been absolutely horrible. For the integrity of my own brand as well I’m leaving this review anonymously, but we’ve called several times and are always sent straight to voicemail. Payment process: If you want to pay by credit card, they require your full number, expiration date, and CVV via email, paper form, or phone. This is not PCI SSC-compliant, creates serious security risks, and is requested by sales reps rather than a secure system.
