Service and location was good. Room needed some work. Freezer doesn't work and my stuff all defrosted. My rooms car spot always had other cars parked in it. Just an okay stay. Nothing to brag about unfortunately.
Nice views from the room but disappointed that the playground is gone. It was one of the reasons we booked here for the kids. Hotel is a bit dated. Large room but tiles were cracked on the patio, gaps in the glass railing are big enough for small children to fall through, pull out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, another car was parked in our reserved parking the entire time, no mini bar facilities, website says breakfast available for additional cost but on arrival was advised they don't do that anymore, floor lamp in... read more
Good place to relax and chill for a holiday. Some issues with the TV (no streaming options, just Foxtel). No undercover parking but plenty of room to park. No lift between levels. Have to exit the building to use paths if you need to avoid stairs. Good location with great views over the sea. Kangaroos bounded past our window one morning.
