Lady Bay dental were able to squeeze me in for an emergency dental appointment on the same day that was causing me alot of pain, the ladies that helped me were 💯 lovely and amazing, I'm so thankful for the help when I was in alot pain! So thank you lady Bay dental ☺️

Words cannot describe my level of satisfaction with this clinic. After being sent by Southwest Health to Lady Bay my expectations were low after a lifetime of treatment by ordinary dentists. Enter a true professional in Dr Corey Tran The work done on my teeth exceeded way beyond anything I thought possible. His communication during my time in the chair was outstanding and to have him phone me after having complications was much appreciated. Thanks Corey
While the dentists and staff were friendly, I was not satisfied with the level of care and service. I have issues with my teeth after some neglect, and was told that 'no one can see that' about a lost seal in the side of my tooth and some staining. I asked on a second visit if some kind of treatment or seal could be replaced, but was discouraged as it would 'make my teeth sensitive' and again that 'no one can see that.' Look to be honest I went in expecting to have a tooth pulled after I smashed one eating some beautiful crackle. Was so disappointed and was imagining a life eating baby food lol. You could imagine my relief when the dentist said I can fix it wow 👌. Thankyou so much for a relatively painless experience with a great outcome. Ps I will lay of the crackling in the future.
