Staff and stylists are so knowledgeable and professional with the products. I purchased one before and liked so much that I purchased another. The second piece was purchased over the phone with the help of cell phone pictures. I am a hairdresser so I know these products, but even if I wasn't Ladonna would have helped me make the right selection.
