Los errores de los asesores los paga el cliente. Estoy cansada de reclamar y aun espero la devolución del cobro doble. Tengo correos y evidencias de pagos que no han sido suficientes para dar claridad de los confusos cobros en mi póliza la cual fue cambiada varias veces y terminé pagando por mas tiempo, la oficina no responde y servicio al cliente toma la información pero indican debo hablar directamente con la oficina porque para ellos tampoco es claro el Porqué de el cobro doble
Great customer service! Corrine was a big help with walking us through the police and saving us over half of what we were paying for our previous insurance company! Highly recommend their office and staff!!
Horrible customer service. The lady on the phone was rude and disrespectful; I was getting a quote from her and I chose someone else with a better quote she said you wasted my time. Would not recommend.
