Went in today, 06/23 for an initial visit. I never felt so comfortable. The staff and NP Williams made me feel right at home and the care was quick and easy. I pook forward to returning.

Dr Fitch was not very impressive. She did not seem to care, her bedside manner was a 4 at best. I felt like she blew me off. Her office was gross dirty and the attitude of the employees was palpating. Xray department said the results were sent that day and she even said my doctor would receive them same day, but I did not hear from her office for 6 days.
Terrible practice with careless staff. Whenever you call there’s always an attitude from someone scheduling your appointment plus they never wanna answer your questions. I also got diagnosed with PCOS from a different doctor after I brought this up to Dr Finch several times. She claims she did a “hormone test” and it was “normal” however, I don’t see the lab results at all on the app. I don’t feel like Dr. Finch cares honestly she’s just in it for a check.
