I came here based on the high ratings, but my experience didn’t live up to them. I have natural long nails and take great care of them, so I was especially disappointed. The end result may look okay from afar, but the details tell a different story. One of my nails had a small crack, which is usually a simple fix at other salons. Came in with some not so amazing done nails from another salon and Ladner Nails completely fixed them up and gave me some of my fave nails ever! I live in Vancouver and was just visiting Ladner but will now likely have to make the journey to Ladner anytime I need my nails done :)

Showed up for my appointment (after having booked a babysitter) and they told me they weren’t sure if I was coming or not and that they called me….nobody called or left a message on my phone. Because I didn’t answer their apparent call, they cancelled my appointment and couldn’t take me in as a walk-in. Terrible service.

Very friendly, English speaking Vietnamese salon. Anna an Jessica dod my nails today and they were careful, thorough, and dud a great job. Lots of parking in the area and many cute stores too.
