I love the store but was treated so poorly by the manager that I will not return! ( the only reason I know she is the manager is I overheard a phone conversation … I was surprised to learn of her role for the specialty shop! ) I’m in Lexington once a month and refuse to return to this location. I’ll go to Richmond and or Roanoke where it is a pleasure to shop and not experience condescending and rude behavior! I’ve never left a negative review …. Awesome store for all of you kitchen needs!! Employees will go out of their way to help you find what you need or didn't even know you wanted! If they don't have it, don't worry they will go out of their way to find it for you! Do you have a Warranty issue? Don't worry, they will help guide you in the right direction as to who to contact. If you pick something up and put it back in the wrong spot, don't expect a heads-up—they might just call the cops instead! Somehow, the staff managed to decide we were shoplifters at record speed because by the time we walked into the store across the street, we were already being reported. Shop has lots of unique products I didn’t know I needed. Certainly lots of things to make cooking easier! Plenty of beautiful things to try for entertaining for a dinner party!
