Great Zumba classes! The Zumba classes are wonderful! I'd definitely recommend those. I also took a Pilates class and the class was too hard for me as I've never done it before. It may be good for those who have done it before. The place is clean. There's plenty of parking as it is in a shopping mall area. There's also some gym equipment (not very much of it) and TVs. There are lockers for your clothes and there's 2 bathrooms and one working shower. I started going as part of a deal so the price was just right for me!
This is MY kind of gym! If you are looking for a great gym in town, this is it. Ladies Workout Express at Toco Hills Shopping Center is great!!! All women, classes included, free childcare! Earlier Hours Needed During the Weekdays for the Working Woman I liked the gym. However, the gym needs to open at 5:00 a.m. during the weekdays. I am a working female who has to be at work by 8:00 a.m. If I pickup my kids in the afternoon after work, the gym will be closed when I arrive to the location. I would only recommend this gym to women who do not work.
Fantastic Personal Service and Comfortable Environment! The Ladies Workout Express at Toco Hill offers all the amenities of the "big box" clubs without the high-pressure environment, the loud music, and...well...the men. This is a place where the owner knows everyone and will do anything to help her members - you can't help but feel welcome and comfortable. They have great classes - everything from Pilates to Hip Hop, as well as on-site massage, esthetician, and nutrition coach services.
