Great Workout Environment!!! After I hard day at work, I love seeing all of my gym friends at Ladies Workout Express. With top of the line equipment I get the best workout. I would not pick any other place to workout.
great place to work out This is my regular place and I love it! They have tons of different equipment, and enough so that there is always plenty of open spaces, even on the weekends. The place smells and feels really clean and I feel comfortable working out there. There is a cozy feel you don't get with the big chains. Plus it is in a close location and drivable for both Newark and Wimington residents.
Great place to get moving Ladies Workout Express is a 30 minute interval training gym for women only that focuses on both cardio and strength training. If you are looking for an efficient yet challenging workout, this is the place for you; the rates are good, the hours are convenient, and the gym has many other pieces of exercise equipment as well as personal trainers to help you in your exercise efforts.
