Absolutely love this gym! I've only been a member for 4 months but it's been awesome! The classes and instructors are so much fun! I recommend this gym to all women!
I have been a member of this gym for many years and it is such a great environment for women of all ages.The friendly staff is very knowledgeable to make sure you are doing the machines properly or making the right moves in class to prevent injuries. Classes and equipment are updated periodically to insure the best workout.
