I thought they did walk-ins but so much for that.
I found the workers are very disrespectful and from what I have heard do a terrible job and gouge prices. Disrespectful in that the people who work there back in all the parking in front of their and other stores making customers park out in the lot. Even the handicapped spots. Gouge by nickel dime or should I say $1 dollar $5 on everything
I always have the best experience there. My stylist Jackie is amazing. She and Loretta did mine and my daughters and sisters hair for my wedding and I can always count on Jackie to help get my hair in line especially if I get off track with the care.
Loretta was very professional and knowledgeable and my hair came out perfect. It’s so silky and smooth
Took my girlfriend here and the lady was rude and rushed her haircut without even giving her a chance to tell her exactly how she wanted it styled. BAD SERVICE! Looking at these other reviews and my GF has 4c hair as well. She must have something against or is completely ignorant of how to handle 4c hair.
