Walked in excited about possibly join a new gym and ended up in a high pressure sales situation with no option to try the gym for less than $120. I was then told I could do a month for $60 to which the owner called the sales rep and told her it was $120. I get why there are negative reviews about memberships. It’s a shame.

I don't have the words to express what an amazing gym this place is! I started my weight loss journey (again) in April of 2023 and got way beyond my goal weight to a place I never dreamed of this year. I absolutely NEVER would have accomplished this had I gone to any other gym. The mom and daughter ownership team is the absolute best combo you will find--their knowledge, passion for fitness and health, and compassion and kindness for everyone radiates from them the moment you walk in the door. It’s a great gym! All the trainers are super nice and knowledgeable, plus the environment is so welcoming. I wish they opened a bit earlier and were open more on the weekends, but that’s okay. This place has changed my life for the better in so many ways.

This gym and trainers are awesome. The programs are fit for you at your pace. I’ve been a member since 2019 and have been totally impressed with Robin and Makenna since they took over the gym. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

This is a great gym! The trainers are so amazing and design a program that meets everyone’s individual needs! The best part is you can join month-to-month….or you can save a little and sign up for 3 or 6 months at a time!
