Walked in excited about possibly join a new gym and ended up in a high pressure sales situation with no option to try the gym for less than $120. I was then told I could do a month for $60 to which the owner called the sales rep and told her it was $120. I get why there are negative reviews about memberships. It’s a shame.

I don't have the words to express what an amazing gym this place is! I started my weight loss journey (again) in April of 2023 and got way beyond my goal weight to a place I never dreamed of this year. I absolutely NEVER would have accomplished this had I gone to any other gym. The mom and daughter ownership team is the absolute best combo you will find--their knowledge, passion for fitness and health, and compassion and kindness for everyone radiates from them the moment you walk in the door. It’s a great gym! All the trainers are super nice and knowledgeable, plus the environment is so welcoming. I wish they opened a bit earlier and were open more on the weekends, but that’s okay. This place has changed my life for the better in so many ways.
