I LOVE LOVE LOVE going here!! they have zumba, yoga, childcare, and tons of equipment. its nice that only women can go there, so I Dont feel pressure while working out. the staff are extremely nice and helpful! I would recommend this place to all women!!
I only went once but I really liked it. The equipment was really easy to use!
