I’ve been to many gyms and I can honestly say the tone zone is the best gym by FAR! Not only because it’s girls only and you don’t have the worry of men watching you train - the atmosphere is amazing I feel so welcome and comfortable from start to finish. The trainers and owner especially are just angels! The equipment is very clean and new, It has everything that a girl needs! I’ve been going here for about a month now, and honestly it’s the best decision I could have made! The gym is such a comfortable environment, something that I’ve found hard to find at mixed gym, and I’m already starting to see progress in such a short amount of time. I’ve been going to tone zone ladies gym for 5 months and I’ve made more progress in these 5 months than I have the last 5 years of going to mixed gyms! The safe and comfortable environment is exactly what you need to up them weights and feel and look stronger. The classes are amazing with very supportive staff and not to mention the pink is pretty and pink! I will never go back to a mixed gym. Training without anxiety and hesitation has been a game changer! The owner Cherie is also so lovely and accommodating!

Joined Tone zone a few weeks ago, have to say my experience to date has been brilliant. Very warm and welcoming environment, was made to feel right at home from the very beginning. I do personal training sessions with Emilia, she is a god send! Pushes me to achieve my very best and is super friendly, has fresh ideas every session and explains everything to me fully so I can put it into practise in my own gym days. Definitely the right PT for me and I'd highly recommend. Thank you

This gym has been absolutely brilliant! My interaction with Cherie was professional, polite, and very understanding - such a pleasure to deal with. Tone Zone is the perfect ladies’ gym in Derby, with excellent flexibility around memberships and freezes, and the 24/7 access is a HUGE bonus! I’d highly recommend it to anyone who wants a welcoming space to focus on their fitness without distractions, knowing you’re supporting fantastic owners. Thank you for making everything so easy and friendly. I’ll definitely be back soon!
