I love this Fitness Center. It's all women. You do circuit training on machines. They also have weights and other equipment. Eleta Sanchez is the owner and she really cares about us ladies. Helps us out and teaches and answer all our questions with patience and knowledge. She motivates and makes us want to enjoy working out!! Another staff member whose name is Mary always greets you and asks how you are doing. She is such a joy to be around

Ladies First is an amazing place to go.. the circut is great for a quick 30 minute full body workout.. you can sign up for classes as well. Eleta will motivate and push you to do your best! I absolutely love that there are ladies of all ages that workout there.. Definitely reccomend!!
