It depends who you get when you're there. When I call for an appointment I only ask to see Monica Spurlock. I've been seeing her for the past 10 years. She is super nice. She explains everything and makes sure you understand, but not in a condescending way. There are a couple of other practitioners/physicians there who need an attitude check, but I only see them if it's an emergency or if there is no way for me to see Monica.
