Two years in and this is my first retie, that I didn’t feel any pain. Today doesn’t feel like fresh braids. My head feels very light and free. I was about to throw the towel in and Velma saved me from a mistake I would later regret. Thank you for such great service.
I couldn't have been more happier. What a pleasant experience Lady locks is a very professionally run and desirable place to have your hair tightened up.
Unprofessional. I booked an appointment for loc retwists two days prior. I call her to let her know I'm on my way the day of, and she completely forgot we had an appointment. She forgot what service I asked for and asked me to reschedule. Mean while I can hear a TV in the background. She could have at least gave me a call to reschedule instead of making me drive and waste gas for nothing.
