From the music and vibe to the junior stylist, my overall experience at Ladi Jai’s was 5-star! First of all, they booked me at the last minute on a Sunday. Xynovia, exceeded my expectations with her knowledge, attentiveness, and creativity with my style. Ladi Jai and MiMi were also doing some amazing twists on the men and even braided extensions on a toddler. The prices were reasonable and the professionalism was on point. My family and I will be back. Thanks again, Xynovia for my amazing Birthday Bob! See you soon.
Where do I start ! First off I was a WALK IN . I had a hair stylist (different Salon) cancel on me LAST MINUTE as I was driving to them ! Nevertheless, I came in (Friday) around 10 and one of the assistants Jai (really nice btw) listened to my chaos and took initiative to contact Miss Queen on my behalf (who typically doesn’t work on Fridays) to see if she’d squeeze me in. I was a first time customer. Do not recommend! My entire experience was unsatisfactory. Too much for me to write. Basically the stylist was extremely late (appt was for 9:30, I arrived at 9:42, she arrived at 10:30), service was mediocre, she did not accommodate me for HER being an hour late but in fact charged me a ridiculous price for a service she herself admitted she was not very experienced in SMH, and it showed. I came to this salon for the first time and was blown away. I had my locs cut and a shampoo and conditioner. I had the pleasure of having Neda as my stylist. The shampoo was top tier! She washed it thoroughly and head massage. She cut my hair to perfection and had my curls popping. She was super sweet and detailed and educated me on my hair. I highly recommend her and this salon!
