they charge your credit card for a service that they never did. Thieves.
Please don't give this business your money...they seem to be struggling financially and they are taking people's money and not fulfilling their obligations... just stay away from the this spa.. very unprofessional...
Do NOT trust the management. She lies and manipulates patients on a daily basis. Health department needs to shut this place down ASAP.
Dr. Stanley Swierzewski does wonderful work but good luck trying to get and keep an appointment. All services are prepaid and once paid are non-refundable. They have failed to order product i paid for x2, they have canceled on my many times and i have had to rebook. They fail to call to cancel and or call you between 4 and 5 for a 530 appointment. i actually went once to a locked and closed office with no call. Service is horrid
BUYER BEWARE! Particularly if you are a veteran/service member. This is NOT a military friendly company. I paid $1,000 for the BodyFX service in September 2017 and they discontinued use of the machine. I was told it broke and they weren't going to pay for the repairs. They offered me a different service which I tried and after one use I had excruciating burning pain in my abdomin with a huge red/purple spot on my stomach (the area being treated).
