Heads up,chocolate lovers! The new Läderach is open inside Somerset collection. The staff is lovely and knowledgeable, the sampling is fun, specially the guy at the door, and the strawberry chocolate I bought after his advice is ridiculously good. My new favorite.
I know this brand from long time ago and I love it!!! I Went last week to the Lexington Store in uptown NY and Peter, Pedro or Pierre any way he likes to be call was Amazing. He treated me like I was going to buy the whole store and it was close to the time they were closing… I felt like I was in Cartier looking for a diamond… but I only got 3 small pieces (I’m avoiding sugar as much as I can), So this was my treat to myself for been good all week at the gym. I have shopped here many times. Their chocolates are amazing and make wonderful gifts. Yesterday, I went to get a very large order for holiday gifts. I was helped by a young man who helped me choose an appropriate type of chocolates (truffles). All the employees were amazing.
Absolutely artistic and delicious🇨🇭🍫chocolate!! 😋😍 they have such a great collection, variety of flavors, and very beautiful pre- packaged boxes for gifts! The staff was very professional, kind and helpful! 🙌 They invited us to try the new flavors to help us decide our favorites before buying. They sell the chocolate by pound. My favorite was the white chocolate with pistachio and dried fruit.
A beautiful experience! Upon entering I was immediately offered a sample and a warm welcome. The shop is lovely and the displays are indeed eye catching. The best part of the experience was Shay and Carlton! They are spectacular employees, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. They patiently explained the various offerings in the most attentive manner and it felt great speaking to people who care about the products they are selling. Truly an excellent experience.
