This is my favorite store for chocolate. It’s the best chocolate I’ve ever had. It’s great for special gifts. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and the store management couldn’t be better!!
I love Laderach and I’m a regular customer. Today trying new chocolate samples, I overheard one of the sales associate (long straight black hair working the last shift) talking to the other sales associate saying I have had too many samples. He offered me one and the other two samples I had requested myself. If she knew bare minimum about customer service she would have waited for me to leave the store and they talked to the staff and limit the number of samples. You never embarrass a customer!!
