Very impressed with this new RV park. I am from Maine. I went to in Texas for the winter Decided to try this brand new park. The owners, management are very friendly and extremely helpful. I got a little too close to the lawn and my tire sunk in the mud. They have had so much rain. The owner asked if I wanted my wheels cleaned off with a pressure washer. Really enjoyed this RV Park. Flat cement pads with lighted corners. Each site has artificial turf as well as the entire dog park area. We visited when there was an electrical storm and did not lose power.
I recently spent some time at Ladera RV Park and had a fantastic experience. If you are looking for a clean, well-managed, and peaceful spot to set up camp, this is a top-tier choice.
We arrived in the rain in a 45 ft coach w tow 2 slides we missed the pad on two wheels leaving ruts. The owner came to assure us all was ok. He set us at ease. We had been here when there were just about 10 spaces when it first opened. It has grown and looks great. At night there is enough space to see the stars without city lights interfering. We appreciate the location, generosity, and professionalism here. Thank you!!! We will be back next time in the area. ❤️
