I’ve bought and sold many homes including 3 new construction homes. By far and away the worst experience I’ve ever had was with kindred homes. For a new construction home, the inspection deficiency list was a mile long and we had to have THREE separate inspections- partially due to the fact that the builder just wasn’t fixing the issues. Cracks in the stucco to unsealed roof penetrations and a strange condensation pump (not gravity drain) for the hvac system that failed and flooded into the utility room and garage.
