Toured a friend’s new home. Loved the home and community concept. Stopped by the models to learn more and was impressed with the pricing, quality, and amenities.
We moved into Ladera at Tavolo Park at the end of January. Throughout the entire construction phase, we were kept informed with emails, text and photos which made the whole building process much easier. The construction manager,Amanda Coufal was excellent in keeping us informed of progress, timelines, and she had a great attention to detail. If you are looking for an active adult community this one knocks it out of the park! It is such a sweet and friendly community. The amenities and lock and leave lifestyle it provides are amazing. We need more of these communities in the Fort Worth area. Wendy Jones is amazing, and her valuable expertise will help you find a wonderful fit in a Ladera home in Tavola Park.
