Jeff McCutchen was our salesman for our new Ladera home in Prosper, Texas. He spent several hours on the phone with us, long past his time to go home. He answered all of our questions. We did not meet Jeff until we flew into Dallas from our Las Vegas home to go to the Design Center. Any further questions we had were once again answered. We miss him at the Prosper Office, but know he will be great at any Ladera Office.
I recently moved into my home at Ladera in Prosper. I want to thank Jeff, my salesperson, for doing a superb job of communicating throughout the process. Anytime I called with a question, his communication/reply was immediate. He was always positive and helpful on many occasions. It was a pleasure dealing with Jeff.
