Fair and honest. They have always done right by me.
I trust LADDS and it's HARD for me to trust auto mechanics from past experiences. So, the car I was driving died and I had to get it towed to LADDS for a repair. In the midst of the fix, I had a death in the family and had to be out of town for over a month. LADDS did not give me any grief nor bother me for payment or to pick up my car during that entire time.
