I have purchased a new home purchased from Garrett Associates (Ladd’s). The team is very bad in management of timing ( delay project in >6 months as discussed during making contract) lack of business diligence.
Spoke to office admin and she was very unpleasant and she hung up on me. The team is great but there just needs to be more professionalism in the Admin Team. I would have rather spoke to an operating system than her.
I waited a long time to post my review. We have lived af Badxlay Lake since fall, 2018. Key points: 1. The workmanship and materials used are sub-par at best. Our kitchen floors squeak like a 10 year old home and the nail pops are terrible. Of course past our 11 month walk through. 2. House is drafty and cold. It feels like the windows are open. 3.
