I have had the pleasure to work closely with Bruce Lamont and his crew, Dylan and Lex on a building purchase and leasehold improvement project over the past 6 weeks. These guys were fantastic! What started as a list of inspection deficiencies to repair/upgrade turned into a much bigger project! They were thorough, incredibly responsive and professional. Bruce was awesome to deal with, we had another outfit quote us $15,000 to have our knob and tube removed from the house, they told us all the walls would be opened up with heavy damage. The ladder electric crew Dillon and Dan walked through and worked their asses off to get it done with minimal damage and focused on finding the easiest way to have our work completed.
