All they do is take there time…slowest people on the planet
Great service and very quick will use again
We needed septic tank emptied. We had a severe drain issue. He came out the following morning (due to wet grounds). He told us he'd arrive around 8am and he was even a few minutes early. He had the tank dug up and septic emptied within about 35 minutes. He was kind and professional. We highly recommend Ladd's Plumbing!
