They did a pre-authorization that was incorrect and then did not bill me for 90 days after my service, which is outside the timely filing for my insurance since they didn’t do the pre-authorization correctly and told me that I would not have anymore to pay than what I pay when I walked in they expect me to pay at all. Where do I begin with what's wrong? In December 2021 I went for the initial exam & X-rays. They created a treatment plan. I am (was as I've made other arrangements now) still waiting for work to begin. Part of the wait might be the VA. Just depends on who was right about where the plan was. I don't think it was submitted right away to the VA because I don't think Ladd even billed the VA until I made inquiries in Feb.
