I absolutely love Dr. Ladd and his assistant, Belinda. His new office crew leaves alot to be desired. I broke a tooth in July of 2022, finally got approval from insurance two weeks ago to get a root canal. Was told it would cost me $986 + my $50 deductible. (Had a root canal done in February 2022 for $400. Got the tooth pulled instead. Had a reaction to the pain medication and tried for three hours to get them to answer the phone.
