Bunch of scummy slum lords who dont care about Tennants, 8 years of living in one of their properties and it's never seen paint brush - but they put the rent up every year using loopholes in the rental tenancy act, despite the conditions of the properties. They cause issues and never deal with them, then threatened tenants who demand they do their legally mandated duties. My rental experience here was fantastic. The staff was amazing, loved living at Baylor, what a beautiful place!! Totally recommend living here!
I've been a tenant for over 10 years, and i have to say , these guys have been nothing but professional. The management team is amazing. Highly recommend!
