Nice apartment complex for seniors. You have to be 55 years of age or greater to live there. Rent is reasonable. Sometimes they have move-in special, which helps a lot with up front cost to move-in. Normally, they have a waiting list from 6 month to a year. It is gated property with a surveillance system. I would recommend it!
be forewarned! this project (it is a "project") is very expensive if your income is low. They think nothing of renting a $510.00 apartment to individuals who have incomes of less than $900.00. If you are thinking of renting here please THINK what it will be like to live without money left over for other basics... like food and clothing... or utilities, car payments or gas, or car repairs.
