Wow!!! I am very happy with LADA. They did an amazing job on my siding and paint. The employees were kind, responsive, and patient (we made a lot of changes). The craftsmanship is top notch and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

There's reasons why Lada Exteriors has consistently gotten 5 stars. Sergei and crew work hard, knowledgeably, and meticulously. Everything has to be done right. We had extensive wood rot/mold on two sides of house; they spent a great deal of time getting rid of it and then residing the house. They correctly installed flashings and the correct vapor barrier (that had not been done when home built, resulting in problems). Don't go anywhere else; Ivan, Fred, Sergei and crew have out total confidence.
LADA Exteriors replaced our roofing, some siding that had dry rot, and repainted our house and shed. They were able to get the whole job done is a short amount of time and I was very impressed with the attention to detail. Highly recommend!
I thought I had a significant dry rot problem under my deck (built in over garage). LADA owner Fred contacted me promptly and came over soon after my request for service. He initially thought I had a deck leak and came back within a few days and removed part of my soffit. He told me I was very lucky as it seems I have a gutter leak instead causing the soffit to get wet. He came back twice to replace the piece of soffit and then to paint over the area all at no cost.
