Our new home came with a very elevated deck (24 feet up) and at least one sagging beam on the brink of failure. I give the highest possible recommendation to LADA Exteriors. The bump out wall of my home had extensive dry rot, requiring both siding and window replacements. They gave me a clear explanation of the damage, both verbally and in writing. They thoroughly and comprehensively addressed the underlying moisture issue. The new siding perfectly matches the existing siding and the new windows enhance the appearance of the house. Upon completing the job, they left the area spotless. In short, an outstanding job.
Fred Shashkov and crew, at LADA Exteriors Inc., replaced TimberTech deck stair treads. Also, replaced and resided areas of dry-rotted OSB plywood. LADA was responsive, professional, on-time, on-budget.
