Lacy was absolutely fantastic to work with! From the very beginning she was quick to respond and kept me updated every step of the way. We ran into a shipping issue that was completely out of anyone’s control—our documents were accidentally sent to the wrong state. They were supposed to arrive on Friday but didn’t make it until Monday. Lacy is such an amazing person and made a very difficult situation a little bit less difficult. She responded quickly, is super knowledgeable, answered all my questions, has absolutely reasonable rates, has downloable documents again making this a easy experience despite tne nature of the situation and was willing to go out of her area to get my notary taken care of.
