I purchased a washer and dryer today. The staff were very helpful. While I paid the bill the owner and his son helped my husband load the appliances into our truck. The whole process was quick and painless. I am so happy we have Lacy's Home Center as an option for appliances.
This is by far the best hardware store I've been to in many years, not the largest but they have everything you could possibly need. I was having a rough day and was in search of a little roll of electrical tape. After finding what I needed I walk to the register talking with the clerk telling about my horrible day. Then of course the machine declined my card, $1.55 and it declined it. I was so frustrated, the clerk said "go ahead it's on me" Honestly I didn't know what to say I think I almost cried.
