I can not recommend Gary Lacy enough. Chris and his crew did a really great job replacing my thirty-year-old package unit that was not keeping the house cool anymore. The workmanship was top notch and the price was quite reasonable. No surprises and the end result is a much more comfortable home and a lower AC bill. I don't write many reviews but they deserve a good one.
Just no grace in dealing with a new customer; continued to ask the same question as if I hadn't responded. Installed two units and had no instructions on how to care for the system. Difficult to deal with their office manager.
Very helpful and accommodating. Recommend by a longstanding community member to me. Love my Ac.
