My mother is having severe eye issues and Dr. Alvarez and his staff have yet to rectify this situation. She has seen him twice and called in to let him know her eyes are getting worse. She has been doing everything the doctor has told her to do for over two weeks and there is no improvement. She has tried multiple times to tell them it’s getting worse but the doctor just keeps blowing her off.
Don't use these people . customer service very poor,. They don't tell you in advance about all the hidden fees glasses for my granddaughter frames were poorly cheap made, discontinued frames but they push the issue of getting them the arm broke they glue and tape them got lucky found another frame at different store then wait for them to be fed x wasted another trip up there for them tell me I that's gonna be another 100 dollars. Will be finding her a new eye Dr . Watch out for what they tell you and DONT tell you.
