I'm extremely dissatisfied with your service. You reviewed my radiology images, and failed to report that I had a bone spur on my knee. Thankfully my Physical therapist listened to me sent me straight to an orthopedic, where they read the same xray image you read, and say my bone spur right away & said you "failed to report it." Fast forward a few months later I had to have an mri done and found out i have Grade 2/mild osteoarthritis in my knee; I wouldn't have found that until it was worse, if it wasn't for the Physical the... read more
