I’ve had a really positive experience with Lacuna Clinical Psychology. I see Eliza and she is so kind, warm and gentle. She has this really calming presence that makes it easy to feel comfortable and open up. I also really appreciate how she listens and reflects back what I’ve said to make sure she’s understood me properly. It makes you feel really heard and not rushed at all. I leave my sessions feeling lighter, more positive and just in a much better headspace. I’m really grateful for the support I’ve received.

I have seen several Psychologist in Newcastle (5), all have been completely useless, I was starting to think that is how they worked , UNTIL I met Rebecca at Lacuna, my mind exploded with how engaging she is, really digging deep into underlying trauma of my current and past issues. Which relate into my current behaviours and how to deal with my issues, I only wish I had met her before the other 5, I wasted so much time on.
