I have seen several Psychologist in Newcastle (5), all have been completely useless, I was starting to think that is how they worked , UNTIL I met Rebecca at Lacuna, my mind exploded with how engaging she is, really digging deep into underlying trauma of my current and past issues. Which relate into my current behaviours and how to deal with my issues, I only wish I had met her before the other 5, I wasted so much time on.
We have been attending Lacuna since they opened earlier this year. We started attending for my daughter but the team have been so helpful, I have started seeing a psychologist there too. They listen without judgement, they are supportive, caring and responsive when it came to sort out how to organise mental health care plans. The reception staff are always friendly and greet us with a smile. I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling with mental health or who has a child who needs some extra support in this area.
