I took a vehicle in to get key fobs reprogrammed, a new key made, and my trunk lock fixed. The bill for programming the key fobs was under what they quoted, however I was told $35 for a new key and they charged me $35 service fee to make the $35 key. Also, they charged $56 to tell me they couldn't fix the trunk lock because it needed a $100 part. Expressed my concern about the bill at the service statement and was offered 10% off my next service.
