Je tiens à souligner l’excellence du service reçu à l’Actuel, en particulier de la part du Dr Chalifour et de Manel à la réception. Dr Thierry Chalifour est un professionel attentionné, à l’écoute et très compétent. On sent tout de suite qu’on est entre de bonnes mains. What a shame this clinic, i walked in cause i have an STD with all the symptoms comfirmed, sadly i do not have my physical card from RAMQ but had all the information required from the card and a picture of my driver license but still refused to treat me. So actually this clinic prefer you to stay with a disease because you do not have the physical card. What a shame, do worry ill make sure people will know that.
