I can’t say enough how exceptional Erin and Lauren are. Erin guided me through healing from physical trauma from a poor latch. My baby developed an aversion to breastfeeding and a strong bottle preference, but with Erin’s help we were able to return to breastfeeding after seven weeks of baby’s refusal. My consultation on Friday with Lauren was everything I didn’t know I needed. I’ve had two previous girlfriends who both had positive interactions with your staff and highly recommended you all (the SMH staff also recommended you). I had a very emotional and difficult first week home with my newborn and having Lauren at the house to coach my husband and I not only helped me mentally but emotionally. I can’t thank her enough and I already am looking forward to our next visit.
Lactation Loop was one of the best resources I had as a first-time mom. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them during those first few weeks of breastfeeding. The convenience of having a lactation consultant come to your home is incredible. Krista is the absolute best! I was referred to Krista by a friend who struggled breastfeeding that swore by her care. I was in so much pain with my newborn but was determined to breast feed and I finally sought her out after a week of extreme pain.
