The experience with the security guard was disappointing.... She was a short haired white woman, and she came across as very unwelcoming. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, and it felt like she didn’t want to be there or interact at all.. I greeted her and she just mean mugged me and snatched my paperwork. Its like she hates her job and wants to take out on us. Everyone else and the shipping office were great, they took me hours early. Appt : 10:00 am Arrived 06:24 am Bills : 08:35 am

“Very disappointing experience. The security guard and the shipping staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They treated drivers with little respect and showed a poor attitude when communicating. Customer service was far below expectations, and the overall experience was frustrating. Management should work on improving professionalism and treating visitors and truck drivers with courtesy and respect.”
