“Very disappointing experience. The security guard and the shipping staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They treated drivers with little respect and showed a poor attitude when communicating. Customer service was far below expectations, and the overall experience was frustrating. Management should work on improving professionalism and treating visitors and truck drivers with courtesy and respect.”
Took me 20 minutes to check in for a delivery, it seems in the morning the gentleman at extension 1304 has a strange attitude and is very confused, their new checking in system needs fixing, besides that the place is fine
Good facility easy check in and fast unloading. No overnight parking, also if you come across a train track bridge the height for low clearance posted sign is not true for both ways so do not panic, but I only recommend going under if the weather is clear and no snow under. Good luck
The whole area downwind from this place smells of chemicals. Im suprised if people are not getting sick.
