Called ahead to ask if they had cheese curds – no one answered the phone, no one called me back. Drove to the store, The person working the counter. condescendingly tells me that “you have to have cheddar to have cheese, curds,“ as if I’m supposed to know what this place has before I get there even though it doesn’t say anything on their website and no one answers the phone.

Appointment ay 11am Arrived at 10am 9pm still waiting on a load They scheduled the loading time. Still waiting on a the crew. Garbage management bad delays

If we could only shut this place down. No respect what's so ever. They don't know how to manage business. Why booking loads if cow's haven't produced milk yet? This must be a joke facility. Appointment 9pm Saturday, it's already Monday 11 am, no one have called. Broker is don't care either. Purposely not answering phone.. They are abusing all truck drivers here. Only took an hour and a half to load people were super nice and they have a bathroom its all blindsiding tho
