I called in February to make sure I had an a/c first thing come spring. True to their word, mid May, the unit was installed by two pros. They had tge unit installed and finished within a couple hours, they explained to me how the the unit works and congratulated me on my new purchase. I want to add, Chantal the secretary was very friendly and helpful. Thx again

WARNING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Would have gave zero stars if possible. We purchased a well pump from lacroix and had it installed by an employee. It has leaked every since it was installed. We have reported to Lacroix and requested someone come fix it. After multiple calls we finally recieved a call and were told we need to shut off our water detach our pump and bring it in for rebuild.
